I sent proof to PayPal showing them my account was disabled, proof that I had gold coins still on the account, and proof they told me to cancel my disputes to get access again (blackmail). So this qualified at 'Item Not Received'. Now since my account was locked out I had no access to those purchased coins so therefore, what I bought, I can't get, they took them away by disabling my account. So if you think about it, you purchase the gold coins with the CHANCE to win prizes. I know it was fraud, they took thousands of dollars from me without my permission but no matter what, they always sided with the casino. I fought and fought trying to get my money back.
Well I had millions of gold coins which I purchased but now can't get. I asked why on support chat and they said it was because of the disputes and I had to cancel my disputes to be able to gain access again. When I first disputed charges, I had written to the casino because they had locked my account.
